测量专业学生顶岗实习中存在的问题及对策

摘要:“顶岗实习”是高职院校有效推进“工学结合”人才培养模式的最重要的形式, 也是培养高技能人才的重要
途径. 对顶岗实习进行科学设计、合理安排、精心组织、规范管理是提高顶岗实习教学质量的关键, 也是提高人才培
养质量的重要课题. 本文对顶岗实习中存在的问题进行了分析, 并提出了相应的对策.

Abstract:Internship programis an indispensable chain of vocational education . It plays an irreplaceable role in talents nurture .
The key step of theinternship programis the scientific plan and reasonable arrangement, the anization and effective
management. And the approach to improve thetalent-training quality should be conducted stringently in course management . The
paperintends to make analysis onthe major problemsof internship programand elaborates countermeasures .
