摘要
随着云计算时代的到来,越来越多的企业意识到客户信息、客户关系的重要性。商业服务想要把握市场的主动权,就要准确把握好客户的需求。如何准确把握客户关系、分析潜在客户的信息、提高客户的满意程度成为了每一个企业关心的话题。在这样的需求下,产生了CRM(Customer Relationship Management),即客户关系管理系统。
本文研究的CRM管理系统主要提供两个方面的功能,一是收集并管理客户信息,包括企业信息管理、联系人信息管理、项目管理等;二是对公司项目进行的跟踪记录,包括与客户的沟通过程记录和与客户交互的文档管理。后台操作包括用户管理和权限管理。本系统基于LAMP平台,采用PHP脚本语言开发,页面特效辅以JQUERY技术,服务端部署在LINUX系统上,然后以WEB形式展示,直观、快速、高效的管理企业的客户信息。本文大体框架如下:首先提出用户关系管理系统存在的意义,分析国内外CRM的发展趋势。接下来介绍了开发本CRM中所采用的相关语言、技术。下一步,对本CRM进行了需求、概要分析,然后对每个功能模块进行了具体的实现。
本系统以简单上手、实用、高效、高速为基本要求,围绕企业与客户的关系的重心,致力于提高企业与客户的关系,发掘潜在客户,发现潜在价值,提高企业业绩。
