摘要目的:了解我院药品不良反应(ADR)的发生特点,促进临床合理用药。方法:对我院ADR监测小组2007年收集的267例ADR报告进行统计和分析。结果:267例ADR报告中,以静脉给药方式引发的ADR 最多,%(210例);抗感染药物引起的ADR最多,%(134例);ADR表现以皮肤及附件损伤最为常见,%(121例)。结论:应慎用注射剂,合理使用抗感染药物, 以减少ADR的发生。

Analysis of 267 cases of adverse drug reactions

ABSTRACT OBJECTIVE: To understand the characteristics of adverse drug reactions (ADR) for their rational use in clinic. METHODS:The reports on 267 cases of ADR collected by ADR monitoring group of our hospitol were counted up and analyzed in 2007. RESULTS:Of the total 267 ADR cases, most were induced by intravenous administration, which accounted for % (210 cases); Most were induced by anti-infection drugs, which accounted for % (134 cases); mon clinical manifestations were the damage of skin and adnexa ,which accounted for %(121cases)。CONCLUS ION: Injections should be used rationally under careful observation. Rational use of anti-infective drugs should be emphasized to decrease the occurrence of ADR.

近年来,随着药物种类、剂型的不断增加,药物引起的不良反应(ADR)和药源性疾病已受到广大临床医务工作者的关注。本文对我院2007年收集到的267例ADR报告进行统计分析,以掌握我院ADR发生的特点,从而促进合理用药,降低ADR发生率。
