[摘要] 目的:测定不同产地蒲公英中绿原酸含量。方法:薄层色谱法定性鉴别,高效液相色谱法含量测定,色谱条件为:Sino Chrom ODS-BP C18柱(5µm, ×250mm ),·L-1磷酸二氢钾缓冲液∶甲醇(70∶30),·min-1 ,检测波长323nm。结果:回归方程:绿原酸Y=+,r=,平均回收率(n=3)%,%。结论:东北产地蒲公英中绿原酸含量最高,湖北产地绿原酸含量最低。

ABSTRACT:OBJECTIVE To determine the content of chlorogenic acid in Taraxacum from different habitats. METHODS using the G-TLC measurement to measure chlorogenic acid; HPLC analysis was performed on a Sino Chrom ODS-BP C18 column(5µm, ×250mm),·L-1 phosphate buffer-methonal(70: 30) as mobile phase. the flow rate was ·min-1 and the detection wavelength at 323nm 。RESULTS chlorogenic acid Y=+,r=,the average recovery was %. CONCLUSION The content of chlorogenic acid of Taraxacum(Dongbei province) is the highest, The content of chlorogenic acid of Taraxacum(Hubei province) is the lowerest

蒲公英(Taraxacum mongolicum Hand)属于菊科植物[1],以全草入药,在我国各地分布广泛,蒲公英被誉为“天然抗生素”,具有广谱抗菌作用[2]。蒲公英药用资源极为丰富,目前最常用的有6个产地。本文用薄层色谱法定性鉴别不同产地蒲公英中的绿原酸,用高效液相色谱法测定不同产地蒲公英中绿原酸含量。测定结果表明,不同产
