摘要:目的:分析临床药学发展影响因素。方法:根据力场分析理论设计调查问卷,通过专家咨询调查法对各因素进行评分,采用因子分析法分析临床药学发展潜在动力因素和潜在阻力因素。结果:归纳出26项临床药学发展动力因素和35项阻力因素,通过因子分析提取得到临床药学发展8个潜在动力因素及8个潜在阻力因素。结论:目前对发展临床药学观念的认识、合理用药的需求、及有关权威部门的政策制定,使我国临床药学发展得到有力推动;在有关政策支持及相关利益群体的态度方面,动力与阻力并存;而当前阻碍临床药学发展的最主要因素,在于开展临床药学工作的人力基础尚较薄弱,临床药师自身素质尚难达到要求等。有关部门和人员应针对上述因素,分别采取有效措施。

Study on Factors Influencing the Development of Clinical Pharmacy Based on Factor Analysis

ABSTRACT: OBJECTIVE To study the Factors Influencing the Development of Clinical Pharmacy. METHODS Questionnaires were designed based on the theory of Force Field Analysis and literature study early, investigation based on Delphi method were conducted to evaluated the strength scores of driving factors and resistance factors RESULTS 26 driving factors and 35 resistance factors were identified and evaluated. Based on these, factor analysis was used and 8 potential driving factors and 8 resistance factors were extracted. CONCLUSION Currently, the motivity for developing clinical pharmacy were recognizing of clinical pharmacy idea, the need of rational drug use, and related policies establish by authority department. Motivity and resistances both exist in the aspect of support policy and attitude of different benefit group in the development process of clinical pharmacy. The baffling factors most focus on lack of manpower foundation, and pharmacist’petence still can’t fulfill the actual needs, and the guarantee system haven't build up yet. Corresponding measure should be taken to utilize properly the influencing factors to developing clinical pharmacy.
