摘要目的:综述注射剂中常用添加剂引起的不良反应及临床表现,通过分析原因寻求降低不良反应发生率的途径。方法:根据添加剂的结构性质,对注射剂中添加剂的不良反应信息进行综述,并从合理用药、配伍禁忌和制剂等方面提出合理的改进意见。结果:多数注射剂中添加剂在临床使用中均发生不同程度的不良反应。结论:注射剂中的添加剂是一些药物产生不良反应的根源。

Research on the adverse reactions of drug additives in the injectable preparation

ABSTRACT OBJECTIVE: To summarize the adverse reactions and clinical manifestations of mon used additives in the injectable preparation, and to explore the way of reducing the incidence rate of the adverse reactions. METHODS: According to the constitutive properties of these additives, the information of these adverse reactions were summarized, and then some reasonable progressive opinions were proposed, such as rational administration, patibility and pharmaceutical preparation. RESULTS: It was likely that the additives in the majority injection happened with some adverse reactions to a certain extent. CONCLUTIOND: The additives in the injectable preparation maybe the source of the adverse reactions.
