摘要目的探讨龙葵碱对小鼠骨髓细胞、精子的毒性作用。方法采用流式细胞仪分析龙葵碱对小鼠骨髓细胞周期的影响;采用微核试验技术观察龙葵碱对小鼠骨髓细胞微核变化的影响;采用精子畸形试验观察雄性小鼠精子畸形率的变化。结果流式细胞仪检测到龙葵碱对小鼠骨髓细胞周期的结果表明,G0/G1期细胞比率随剂量增加而不断升高,S期和G2/M期比率均有下降。这表明细胞被阻滞在G0/G1期,影响DNA的合成,进而影响G2/M期,使进入这一期细胞数减少,证明龙葵碱对骨髓细胞周期可产生明显的干扰。微核发生率和精子畸形率随剂量增高而逐渐增加。经统计学处理,高中低剂量组与阴性对照组均有统计学意义(P<)。结论在本实验条件龙葵碱对雄性小鼠存在遗传毒性影响。

[Abstract] Objective:To explore the toxic effect of solanin on myeloid cell and spermatozoon in male : To analyze the effect of solanine on cell cycle of myeloid cell in male mice by flow cytometer(FCM) assay and to study the effect of solanin on myeloid cell and spermatozoon in male mice by micronucleus test of myeloid cell and sperm deformity test. Result: G0/G1 pcriod increase, S and G2/M pcriod decrease in solanine group. It indicates that solanin block myeloid cell in G0/G1 phasc to stop the DNA synthcsis and to reduce cell popu
