摘要: 文章从中小学校长培训的目标、主客体关系、内容的表现形式、教学方法与手段、
组织形式五个方面进行了探讨, 以期构建并验证适应现代校长培训要求的具有前瞻性、时代性
和实效性的模式, 为培训部门提供可供选择、借鉴的操作模型。

Construction of a Mold for Training Headmasters of Modern
Middle and Elementary Schools

Abstract : This essay covers the following five aspects : the purpose of training headmasters of mod
ern middle and elementary schools , the relationship between subject and object , the expressive forms of
contents , the teaching motheds and forms anization in order to construct essfully a mold suitable
for training modern headmasters with prospective ability , up to date and effective ideas. Thus it provides
training sections with a workable and operative mold.

所谓模式, 是与一定任务相联系的各要素的具理论这一程序, 它是介于理论与应用之间的中介形
