摘要:目的对比HRZE(S)和HLAMKO两种抗结核化疗方案对肝脏功能的影响,探讨抗结核治疗过程中HBV携带与肝功能损害的关系. 方法选择肺结核患者217例,随机分成HRZE(S)和HLAMKO两个治疗组,于治疗前和治疗后每2wk检测肝功能,并观察临床症状,比较两种化疗方法对肝功能的影响;同时分析47例合并HBV携带者肝功能的变化. 结果 217例患者中,不同程度肝功能损害者共66例(%),应用HRZE(S)方案组53例(%),明显高于HLAMKO方案组13例(%);肺结核合并HBV携带者发生肝功损害者26例(%),明显高于非HBV携带者40例(%). 结论 HLAMKO方案对肝功能的损害小;对合并HBV携带患者应选肝损害小的治疗方案,同时应用保肝药物.
