【摘要】目的: 确定荭叶心通软胶囊的最佳成型工艺。方法: 采用单因素平行试验的方法,对辅料及其用量、囊材、制片温度等进行了成型工艺筛选。结果: 最佳工艺是以适量的大豆油作为混悬剂,并加入助悬剂蜂蜡(2%),先熔融在大豆油中,冷至室温后,加入挥发油混匀,再将干膏粉加入混合油充分研磨混匀(比例为1∶~1∶),采用明胶∶甘油∶水(质量比 1∶∶1 )为囊材,融胶温度在70~80 ℃、保温温度在 55~65 ℃时制成软胶囊。结论: 此成型工艺合理、稳定,操作简单,适用于大规模生产。

[Abstract] Objective: To optimize the shaping technology of Hongyexintong soft capsules. Methods: Single factor parallel experimental method was adopted to screen the shaping processes in terms of adjuvant category and amount, material of capsule, and processing temperatures. Results: The optimized shaping process was as follows: Sufficient amount of soybean oil was added with beeswax (2%), cooled to room temperature after the beeswax being melted by heating. The oil mixture was blended with naphtha and dried extracts in the ratio range of 1∶~1∶ and shaped. The materials and ratio that formed the capsule hull were glutin∶glycerol∶water=1∶∶1. The gel-thawing temperature was 70~80 ℃, and the shaping temperature 55~65
℃. Conclusion: The shaping process is reproducible and applicable to Hongyexintong soft capsules production in large scale.
