摘要:目的分析比较公丁香(丁香花蕾)郁金不同配伍挥发油的化学成分及其相对含量和变化。方法分别用石油醚、乙酸乙酯、无水乙醇对丁香郁金配伍提取挥发油,用毛细管气相色谱-质谱(GC\MS)-计算机联合定性、色谱面积归一定量。结果不同极性的溶剂提取的挥发油化学成分和相对含量有很大不同。石油醚共提取鉴定出102种化合物,主要成分是丁香酚(Eugenol %);乙酸乙酯共提取鉴定出104种化合物,主要成分是Phenol, 2-methoxy-3-(2-propenyl)- % ,无水乙醇共提取鉴定出63种化合物,主要成分为Phenol, 2-methoxy-3-(2-propenyl)-(%) 结论三种不同极性的溶剂提取的挥发油在颜色、化学成分、相对含量等方面存在明显差异,为进一步研究提供了实验和理论依据。

Abstract : Objective : pare the public Clove (clove buds) Yujin 1:patibility and the position of volatile oil content. Methods : petroleum ether, ethyl acetate, ethanol bination of clove essential oil extraction. using capillary gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC\MS) - Computer joint qualitative and chromatographic area under a certain amount. Results : polar solvent extraction of essential oil is very different in position and relative content. pounds were identified petroleum ether extract, and the ponent is eugenol (Eugenol %); in ethyl acetate, extraction pounds were identified, posed of -Octadecenoic acid, (E)-
% , in alcohol extraction pounds were identified, posed of Phenol. 2-methoxy-3- (2-propenyl) - Conclusion : three different polarity of the solvent extraction of volatile oil in color, position, there are significant differences in the relative content. It provided the experimental and theoretical basis for the further study.

1 引言
中药“十九畏”的内容之一的丁香与郁金配伍始见于明代刘纯所撰《医经小学》: “丁香莫与郁金见”。《雷公炮炙论》中也言: 丁香“不可见火, 畏郁金”。但临床用
