摘要:用亚临界萃取技术提取苦水玫瑰浸膏,然后用分子蒸馏技术对萃取物进行精制。基于亚临界萃取原理,通过三因素四水平正交试验初步研究了亚临界萃取玫瑰浸膏的最佳工艺条件。萃取时间为4 h, MPa,萃取温度为30℃,萃取次数为3次,‰。玫瑰浸膏经分子蒸馏纯化技术制备的玫瑰精油气味纯正、色泽淡雅,得油率接近万分之十。

Abstract: Using subcritical extraction technology of Ku Shui rose extract, then using molecular distillation technology to extract refined. Based on the principle of subcritical extraction, by means of three factors and four levels orthogonal experiment preliminary study of subcritical extraction rose extract the best process conditions. Extraction time is 4 h, extraction pressure is MPa, extraction temperature is 30 ℃, extraction time is 3, the highest extract rate was ‰. Rose extract purification by molecular distillation technique for preparation of rose essential oil smell is pure, elegant color, the oil rate is close to 10/10000.
