湖北省实施中部崛起战略中的主要问题和对策研究
摘要:促进中部地区崛起,是党中央、国务院作出的重大战略决策,是二十一世纪初中国区域协调发展的重大战略之一。湖北居中部之中,是中部崛起的重要组成部分。中部六省中湖北省在农业、工业和第三产业的发展都走在其它省份的前面,湖北省无疑将成为中部崛起的战略支点。湖北省实施中部崛起战略中的主要问题和对策研究在中部地区处于“重要战略支点”的地位,在中部崛起中具有明显的区位、资源、产业、市场和创新等优势。又恰好在其他中部五省的半包围之中,坐拥神州中央,“得中独厚”,辐射四周,可谓中国经济地理的中心并努力使湖北社会经济发展走在中部崛起前列,成为全国重要的经济增长点之一”。湖北省在促进中部崛起中也面临些问题,如何解决这些问题,从而使湖北省在中部崛起中发挥重要作用。
