摘要
随着城市现代化进程的加快,我国城市河道污染治理问题越来越突出。聊城市的河道也受到了不同原因、不同程度的污染,通过近几年的城市水环境建设,聊城市整体环境得到了很大改观。现在人们生活水平提高了,对环境的生态要求也越来越高,城市河道不仅要起到基本的防洪排涝、蓄水抗旱功能,而且要为人们的生活增添不一样的景观。建设人水和谐的水环境已经成为增强我国城市竞争力、提升城市品位、发展经济的一项重要举措。本文就聊城市河道整治管理中出现的问题提出一些针对性的见解与可操作性的措施。

Abstract
Along with the development of modern city,Urban river pollution control problem of our country is ing more and more serious. Course of LiaoCheng river has been polluted by different causes and different levels. With the construction of urban water-environment at these years , the whole environment of the cities of LiaoCheng have been improved. The level of our life has been more higher, the requirement of ecological environment is more higher. The urban river not only should put a role in drainage of stagnant water but also impoundment and drought control. It also should increase a different landscape to people's life. The construction of harmonious people water environment has been proved to be an important measure to strengthen our country's petitiveness, improve our urban grade and economic development. This paper in the management of urban rivers of LiaoCheng regulation the problems occurred some pertinent opinions and operability measures .
