挣值管理在工程项目管理中的应用研究
摘要
目前,项目管理方法很多,挣值管理作为一种较先进的管理手段,正在各种项目的管
理中得到越来越多的应用。在我国,由于挣值管理起步较晚,加之多方面条件的限制,挣
值管理在工程项目管理中的实际应用还很少。为推动挣值管理理论在工程项目中的广泛应
用,本论文对挣值管理在工程项目中的应用进行了粗浅的研究。
本篇论文就工程管理的诸因素、挣值管理的理论形成和研究现状,以及挣值管理的基
本理论和参数、挣值管理的分析评价方法进行了综述,阐明了挣值管理在工程建设项目管
理中的一般方法。
通过把挣值管理方法运用于实际的建设工程项目,对其在该领域的应用可行性进行了
验证。根据挣值管理应用于实际工程项目时发现的问题,就挣值管理的适用范围、挣值计
算、多子项目的评价、进度评价和预测、成本分析和预测等方面存在的问题进行了研究,
并给出了解决的方法,也引入了必要的修正公式,同时引入了质量成本和安全成本的概念
和参数,并对质量和安全成本适用挣值管理理论的分析方法进行了探讨研究,使挣值管理
应用于工程项目时,不仅能进行成本、进度管理,而且也可进行项目的质量和安全管理。
本论文把非管理因素造成的成本变动引入到挣值管理中和将安全成本概念引入并参与项
目的挣值管理,在目前本人所查阅到的文献资料中尚未发现有该方面的论述,可谓是本文
的创新。
经过本课题的研究,得出了如下研究结论:
1、挣值管理完全适用于工程项目管理;
2、工程项目应用传统挣值管理存在一定的问题需要解决而且能够解决;
3、挣值管理经过拓展完全可以适用于工程项目的质量成本和安全成本的管理。

ABSTRACT
At present, there are various methods for project management, being a kind of advanced
management method, Earned Value Management (EVM) is more and more being used in
management of all kinds of projects. In our country, for the Earned Value Management is late in
its step, the practical applications of the EVM in the engineering project management are not
common. For promoting the broadly application of the EVM in the engineering project
management, this thesis makes a rough research on application of the EVM in the engineering
project management.
The thesis has made a survey on factors in project management, theory formation of EVM,
existing circumstance of its research, basic theory and factors of EVM, and analysis evaluation
method of EVM, expound the general method of EVM in the engineering project management.
Through apply Earned Value Management into actual engineering project management; the
author verifies the application feasibility of EVM in this field. According to the problems finding
