[摘要]目的改变工作模式,变被动服务为主动服务,创造优质护理。方法以APN连续排班制、护士层级管理为基础,每班根据病人数量、病情程度以及工作量合理安排值班护士分管病房,包床到护,护士到床边主动为病人提供治疗及护理服务。结果观察病情及时准确,医护配合默契,医生的满意度提高(p<);护理服务主动及时,患者的满意度提高(p<);护士劳动强度减少,体现了自身价值,护士的满意度提高(p<)。结论护士被动服务变主动服务的模式转变,护士愿意,医生、患者满意,值得推广应用。

“优质护理示范工程”活动的开展,不仅仅是一次活动,更不是一场运动,而是一次提升服务的契机和改革[1],其目的是使护理工作在真正意义上实施责任制整体护理。为此,如何在现有护理人力的条件下把此项工作落到实处,是我们思考、探索的问题。我院于2011年3月开始,试行护士到床边主动服务的护理模式,取得了初步成效,报道如下。
