摘要
该论文题目是自动直列式旋盖机设计,报告了包装生产线及旋盖机的趋势及概况,
其中理盖及封装机构是该设计的重要部分,直接影响了生产的效率,有很大的作用。
本次设计的内容是瓶装品选盖机构和封装机构的设计,主要分为以下几个部分:第
一部分,旋盖机构的详细设计,画出详细的装备图;第二部分,选盖机构主要部件的结
构设计,主要部件是盖的定向机构;第三部分,控制系统的设计,采用 PLC 控制系统,
并且按照旋盖机工作流程编写了半自动控制程序。

ABSTRACT 
The thesis topic is automatic inline capping machine design, the report of the packaging 
production  line  and  capping  machine  trends  and  profiles,  which  cover  management  and 
packaging sector is an important part of the design directly affects the production efficiency, 
has a significant role . 
The  design  of  the  contents  of  the  election  is  bottled  goods  covered  bodies  and  the 
package design, can be divided into the following parts: the first part, the detailed design of 
screw­cap institutions, to draw a detailed map of the equipment; second part of the election 
covered  bodies  The  main  components  of  the  structural  design,  the  main  components  is 
covered orientation; third part of the control system design. With system controlled by PLC, 
and  capping  machine  workflow  in  accordance  with  written  procedures  for  semi­automatic 
control.
