Abstract: Translation from English into Chinese in practically, affirmation and negation in English-Chinese Translation could break through original text’s form. By adopting the method of transform tone to processing words, turn affirmation into negation, turn negation into affirmation, therefore, translation effect can be more conform to the original meaning.
