摘要
随着抚顺市旅游业的迅速发展,旅行社的数量也随之增加,人才需求量也是逐渐的加大,各旅行社之间的争夺也日渐激烈,旅行社的竞争归根结底是人才的竞争。拥有一支高素质的人才队伍和减少人才流失率对于旅行社的发展至关重要。
本文结合个人在旅行社从事导游实践工作、在学校所学到的相关理论,分别从政府、旅行社、个人三个方面进行分析,深刻揭示出抚顺市旅行社在对人才高需求的情况下人才高流失的根本原因,根据抚顺市旅行社人才原因分别从这三个方面提出解决人才流失的具体对策。具体包括四个部分,第一部分,相关理论研究概况,为旅行社人才流失提供了充分的理论依据。第二部分,抚顺旅行社员工流失的现状。第三部分,分析抚顺旅行社员工流失的原因。第四部分,提出抚顺市旅行社员工流失的对策。为抚顺市旅游业的健康发展提供借鉴。

Abstract
Along with the rapid development of the Fu Shun city tourism, travel also will increase the number of talent demand is gradually increasing, petition between travel agencies are increasingly fierce, travel agency'petition is actually petition. Have a high quality talent team and reduce the brain drain is vital for the development of the travel agency.
Combining with personal guide practical work in travel, in the school have learned relevant theories, respectively from the government, travel agencies, individual three aspects carries on the analysis, reveals the Fu Shun city travel agency in the case of high demand for talent the root cause of the high talent loss, according to the city travel agency personnel reasons respectively from the three aspects puts forward the concrete countermeasures of brain drain. Concrete consists of four parts, the first, the related theoretical research work, for travel agency provides a sufficient theoretical basis for the brain drain. The second, Fu Shun the present situation of the travel agency staff turnover. The third, analyze the cause of Fu Shun travel agency staff turnover. The fourth, puts forward the countermeasures of fu shun city travel agency staff turnover. To the health of the Fu Shun city tourism development to provide reference.
