【摘要】目的探讨简便、有效、经济实用的保护动静脉内瘘的方法。方法对30例维持性血液透析患者,血液透析24h后,实验组(15例)穿刺部位外敷马铃薯切片,每日2次,每次30min。对照组(15例)穿刺部位涂抹喜疗妥霜剂,每日2次。观察两组血流量、静脉炎发生及疼痛情况1年。结果两组患者血流量、静脉炎发生及疼痛情况差异无显著性(P>)。结论外敷马铃薯切片保护动静脉内瘘的作用确实,值得广大基层推广使用。

动静脉内瘘是维持性血液透析患者的生命线,保护好动静脉内瘘,延长其使用寿命,对患者至关重要。在做好动静脉内瘘常规护理的前提下,局部涂以喜疗妥霜剂,效果良好,但其价格偏高,基层医院大部分患者难以接受。为寻求简便、经济、有效的方法,笔者借鉴民间验方,在透析间期嘱病人每日用新鲜的马铃薯切片外敷穿刺部位,并与喜疗妥霜剂涂抹效果进行比较。现报告
