摘要:目的研究端粒酶逆转录酶基因hTERT在膀胱移行细胞癌(TCC)中的表达,发生、发展及预后复发中的意义. 方法采用兔抗人hTERT多克隆抗体及S-及10例正常膀胱组织中的表达. %,与在正常膀胱组织表达率0%相比,有显著性差异(P<).hTERT在Ⅰ,Ⅱ和Ⅲ%(7/16),%(15/26),100%(14/14).Ⅰ与Ⅲ级、Ⅱ与Ⅲ级、Ⅰ+Ⅱ与Ⅲ级比较差异显著(P<).%(17/32),%(19/24),两者差异显著(P<).hTERT阳性表达率与患者复发有显著相关性(P<). 结论 hTERT表达异常可能与膀胱肿瘤的发生、.
