摘要:目的探讨人端粒酶逆转录酶(hTERT)在妊娠滋养细胞疾病中的表达及其临床意义。方法采用兔抗人端粒酶逆转录酶抗体,利用免疫组织化学方法检测29例妊娠滋养细胞肿瘤、18例葡萄胎和20例正常早孕绒毛组织中hTERT的表达,结合Leica Qwin图像分析系统对hTERT阳性细胞进行灰度分析。结果 hTERT表达定位于细胞质。hTERT阳性细胞平均灰度值在妊娠滋养细胞肿瘤、±、±±。hTERT在妊娠滋养细胞肿瘤中的表达明显高于葡萄胎和早孕绒毛组织,差异有显著性(P<)。结论端粒酶的活化在妊娠滋养细胞肿瘤形成中可能起重要作用,端粒酶活性的检测可能是预测葡萄胎预后的重要指标。
