【摘要】目的了解护士工作价值观与工作满意度的相互关系以及对职业稳定性的影响。方法采取方便抽样方法抽取某所三级甲等医院117名护理人员,采用工作价值观量表、护士工作满意度量表、离职倾向量表进行调查。结果护士总体工作满意度处于中等水平,护士最为看重的是情感型价值观,离职倾向的均分为(±)分;婚姻、技术职称、排班与工作条件、个人及专业发展、工具型价值观对护士职业稳定性的影响有统计学意义(P<<)。结论鼓励护士对高层次需要的追求和满足是稳定护理队伍的重要措施。提示护理管理者应重视护士工作价值观,提高临床护士工作满意度,从而避免离职倾向的产生。
