[摘要]目的采用多重聚合酶链反应(PCR)检测耐甲氧西林葡萄球菌(MRS),并对我院葡萄球菌的耐药率进行调查。方法对262株葡萄球菌(金黄色葡萄球菌86株,凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌176株)进行多重PCR扩增,并与琼脂稀释法作比较。对我院葡萄球菌的耐药率进行统计分析。结果以mecA基因阳性判断MRS,灵敏度为100%,%,阴性预测值为100%,%;以mecA基因和femA基因阳性判断耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA),灵敏度为100%,%,阴性预测值为100%,%。%,%,%。结论多重PCR技术检测mecA基因能快速、敏感、准确地检测MRS,与femA基因联合检测能有效检测MRSA。MRS已成为日益严重的葡萄球菌感染问题。

[ABSTRACT]ObjectiveTo detect methicillin-resistant us (MRS) by multiple PCR, and to investigate its drug resistance rate in our hospital. MethodsThe DNA fragments of 262 strains of us (staphyl
us aureus, 86; co-agulase-negative us, 176) were amplified by multiple PCR . The results pared with Agar Dilution. The drug resistance rate was analyzed statistically. ResultsTaking mecA positive for MRS detection, the sensitivity,specificity,negative predictive values and positive predictive value were 100%,%,100% and %, respectively; taking mecA positive and femA positive for methicillin-resistant us aureus (MRSA) detection, the sensitivity,specificity,negative predictive values and positive predictive value were 100%,%,100% and %,respectively.
