摘要:农村金融生态的治理是我国金融改革发展的热点与难点,而如何在金融生态环境相对落后的农村发展农村金融,成为金融生态领域研究的重点课题。本文首先简要概括了农村金融生态的基本内涵,然后分析了农村金融生态的制约因素,最后有针对性地提出了推进农村金融生态治理的一系有效对策与措施。

Abstract: The management of the rural financial ecosystem is the hot issue and the difficult point in the reform and development of China’s financial industry. Meanwhile, how to develop rural finance in rural areas parative backward financial ecological environment es a critical topic in the research filed of financial ecosystem. Firstly, this article inctly summarizes the basic connotation of rural financial ecosystem. Then, it analyzes the restricted factors in the rural financial ecosystem. Finally, it purposely puts forward a series of effective countermeasures to promote the management of the rural financial ecosystem.

一、农村金融生态的基本内涵
金融生态是指各种金融组织为了生存和发展,与其生存环境之间及内部金融组织相互之间在长期的密切联系和相互作用过程中,通过分工、合作所形成的具有一定结构特征,执行一定功能作用的动态平衡系统。金融生态是一个比喻,它指的主要不是金融机构的内部运作,而是金融运行的外部环境,也就是金融运行的一些基础条件,它主要包括经济环境、法制环境、信用环境、市场环境和制度环境等。
农村金融生态是指为农村经济发展提供资金融通及金融服务的各类金融机构为了生存和发展,与农村经济、金融发展相关联的所有因素及其他机构之间的密切联系和相互作用过程中形成的一种动态的、均衡的系统。它对促进农村金融持续协调发展,改善农村区域投资环境,提高农业综合生产能力,壮大农村金融机构
