摘要:通过改进的连续浸提试验,将高铅茶园土壤及常态茶园土壤中铅的存在形态可分成6种形态:水溶态、可交换态、碳酸盐结合态、铁锰氧化物结合态、有机物结合态和残渣态,并用ICP-OES法检测了各种形态铅含量及总铅含量。结果表明,本提取测定方法精密度和准确性好,而且简便可靠。

An Analysis Method Study of Sequential Extraction and Separation of the Chemical Form of Lead in Tea Garden Soil

Abstract: With modified sequential extraction and separation analysis method, lead in tea garden was divided into six fractions: water soluble, exchangeable, bound to carbonates, bound to Fe-Mn oxides, bound anic matter, and residual. All the six forms of lead and total lead were determined with ICP-OES, showing that this method has good precision ,accurate, reliable and easy to operate.

茶叶中铅元素含量问题已日益引起人们的关注,对茶叶中铅的来源也有较多的研究,从目前的研究结果来看,土壤中的铅元素含量是茶叶中铅的一个主要来源[1,2]。铅在土壤—茶树—人体循环中的迁移转化规律、生物效应及其毒理不仅取决于其总浓度,还依赖于其具体的存在形态。但目前对茶园土壤中铅形态的研究报道还很少见,一般认为对茶树造成危害的是有效形态的铅,但对铅形态的研究及有效态铅
