题目注册物业管理师执业制度研究

摘要
目前,我国的物业管理行业正快速发展时期,然而,我国物业管理企业的国际竞争力不强,并且缺乏高素质的注册物业管理师。本文通过理论分析和实践调查的方法,着重研究其在目前所存在的问题,提出完善这一制度的建议,使其更加符合中国国情又能与国际接轨。
首先,阐述了我国物业管理行业正处于高速发展时期,推行注册物业管理师执业资格制度具有积极意义,提出执业注册制度的概念,分析与我国目前的职称制度,专业技术职务的区别与联系,介绍发达国家的注册物业管理师制度背景。
其次,就物业管理体制的定义,我国的现行物业管理体制与国外的物业管理体制的对比进行分析得出推行注册物业管理师执业制度对我国物业管理体制改革的重要意义,并对注册物业管理师执业制度的若干概念和现今在建立的过程中存在的问题进行解析同时提出解决的对策。
然后,对我国注册物业管理师执业制度的考试和注册规定做了一定程度分析,深入了解注册物业管理师所需要具备的素质和专业知识。
最后,就继续教育制度的完善进行一些探讨,希望对我国的注册物业管理师执业制度有所裨益。

Abstract
At present,China's property management industry is rapid development period, however,the property management enterprises in our country's petitiveness is not strong, and lack of qualified registered property management division. Method through theoretical analysis and practical investigation, this paper focuses on the problems existing in the present, brings forward Suggestions on the system, make it more in line with China's national conditions and in line with international standards.
First of all, this paper expounds the property management industry in China is in rapid development period, registration of property management teacher qualification system has positive significance, the author puts forward the concept of practice registration system, the analysis and current job title system in China, the professional technical position of differences and relations, introduced the developed countries' Certified Property Manager in the background.
Secondly, the definition of a property management system, our country's current system of property management and property management system in foreign countries contrast analysis concluded that adopts the system of property management division practicing significance for the reform of China's property management, property management division and the registration of practice system of several concepts and current problems in the process of building analy
