曲美他嗪对颊哐G錍、及心功能的影响

[摘要] 目的探讨曲美他嗪对充血性心力衰竭(CHF)患者血清C反应蛋白(CRP)、白介素6(IL-6)水平及心功能的影响。方法选择2009年10月~2010年2
月治疗的充血性心力衰竭患者67例,采用曲美他嗪治疗,判定患者的临床疗效,并观察患者血清CRP、IL-6及心功能的变化。结果治疗后临床总有效率达到
%,且患者血清CRP、IL-6均明显降低,心功能明显改善情,治疗前后各指标比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<)。结论曲美他嗪治疗充血性心力衰竭临
床疗效满意,能够有效改善患者血清CRP、IL-6水平及心功能,值得临床关注。

[Abstract] Objective To observe the effect of Trimetazidine on serum CRP, IL-6 and cardiac function of patients with congestive heart
failure. Methods From October 2009 to February 2010 in our hospital, 67 cases of congestive heart failure were choosed and they were treated
with Trimetazidine, their therapy effi cacy were determined and the changes of serum CRP, IL-6 and cardiac function were observed. Results After
treatment, the total effective rate reached %, and serum CRP, IL-6 were signifi cantly decreased, the situation of cardiac function were signifi cantly
improved, there were statistically signifi cant differences before and after the treatment (all P<). Conclusion Trimetazidine in the treatment of
congestive heart failure has satisfactory clinical effect, can improve the serum CRP, IL-6 levels and cardiac function, it is worthy of attention.
