城市用地规模与城市地价的相关性研究
———以湖北省为例

摘要在对湖北省 2005 年- 2009 年的城市用地扩张和城市地价增长数据调查整理的基础上,利用
集中指数和强度指数对湖北省用地规模和地价增长的空间分异特性和规律进行了讨论。然后运用相关分
析的方法对城市用地扩展和城市地价增长的相关关系进行了讨论,同时在控制房价约束条件下,运用偏
相关分析的方法进一步分析了二者的关系。结果表明,湖北省城市用地规模和地价具有较大的相关性。
此结论具有普遍性,同时也例举了一些特例城市加以说明。

Abstract Basing on the data collection and investigation of Hubei urban land expansion and urban land
