【摘要】目的探讨睡眠剥夺(sleep deprivation,SD) 对大鼠神经内分泌功能变化的影响。方法将60只Wistar雄性大鼠随机分为6组(每组10只):空白对照组(C组)、 AS对照组(AS组)、ASSD1天组(SD1d组)、ASSD3天组(SD3d组)、ASSD5天组(SD5d组)、ASSD7天组(SD7d组)。5组建立AS模型后,其中4组再建立,SD模型,分析各组大鼠心电图变化、生理及行为改变,测定各组大鼠血清中促肾上腺皮质激素(adrenocorticotropic hormone,ACTH)及皮质醇(cortisol,CORT)的含量。结果 SD后AS大鼠精神状态逐渐转差,反应变迟钝、变虚弱,随着SD时间的延长,AS大鼠呈先兴奋,然后激惹,最后衰竭的变化趋势。随着SD的时间延长,AS大鼠心率呈先增快后减慢的波动性变化。心电图ST-T逐渐上抬,T波高耸直立。ACTH及CORT水平呈先增高后下降的波动性变化。结论 SD造成的应激性刺激,能够激活HPA轴,从而引起AS大鼠神经内分泌功能发生变化。

【Abstract】 Objective To observed the fluctuations of the changes of neuroendocrine function in atherosclerotic rats after sleep deprivation. Methods 60 Wistar male rats were randomly divided into 6 groups(10 each): The control group、AS group、SD1d group、SD3d group、SD5d group and SD7d group. After 5 groups were established AS model, 4 groups were established sleep deprivation model. Observed the physiological and behavioral changes in AS rats , observed their electrocardiogram performance and tested conte

Results The mental state of AS rats was gradually deteriorated, response dull, variable weak, With the time of SD, AS rats was first excited, then irritated, at the last failure. The changes of heart rates of AS rats in volatility of fast at first then slow down with the time of SD. With the time of SD, ST-T of electrocardiogram ele
