人际信任是在交往过程中交往一方对另一方的言语、承诺和行为可靠性的预期。安全
感是个体对所处环境是否有风险的主观感受和体验。心理健康则是指个体能够与他人建立
良好的关系,正确认识评价自我,积极地沟通,有良好的生活学习习惯等。本研究以孤儿、
亚孤儿和留守儿童这种弱势群体为研究对象采用标准化量表,研究人际信任、安全感对心
理健康的影响。根据孤儿、亚孤儿和留守儿童的人际信任、安全感和心理健康现状提出教
育建议来改善他们的心理健康状况。研究结果表明:(1)孤儿、亚孤儿、留守儿童人际
信任在性别、年级、类别等方面不存在差异。(2)孤儿、亚孤儿、留守儿童安全感各维
度性别和类别差异均不显著;人际安全感维度存在年级差异,其他各维度年级差异不显著。
(3)孤儿、亚孤儿、留守儿童的心理健康在恐怖倾向维度上存在性别差异;学习焦虑、
恐怖倾向两个维度存在年级差异;过敏倾向上存在类别差异显著。(4)人际信任与心理
健康总分及各维度都有显著地负相关。特殊信任可以预测心理健康。(5)安全感与心理
健康除恐怖倾向之外的其他维度都存在显著正相关。回归分析的结果,情绪安全感和自我
安全感进入回归方程,能预测心理健康。(6)人际信任与安全感呈显著负相关,人际信
任各因子对安全感的回归分析显示,特殊信任进入回归方程,能够预测安全感。(7)回
归分析和结构方程发现孤儿、亚孤儿、留守儿童人际信任可以直接影响心理健康,也可以
通过安全感起中介作用间接影响心理健康。

Abstract
Interpersonal trust is expectations of one party against another in words, commitment and
behavior reliability in the interaction process. Sense of security is the subjective feelings and
experiences of individuals to their environment whether there is the risk. Mental-health is refers
to the individual to establish a good relationship with others, the correct understanding to
evaluate themselves, munication, have the good life learning habits, etc. This paper
aims to the influence of interpersonal trust and sense of on the mental health effects by taking the
orphan sub-orphan and left-behind as the testes and adopting the standard scale. The research
puts forward suggestions to improve their mental health according to the present interpersonal
trust, security and psychological situation of the orphan, sub-orphan and left-:
1. The interpersonal trust of orphan, sub-orphan and left-behind children has no difference of
gender,grades and kinds. 2. The sense of security of orphan, sub-orphan and left-behind children
has no difference of gender and kinds. The interpersonal security has difference in grade. Other
dimensions of security have no difference in grade. 3. The Mental-health of orphan, sub-orphan
and left-behind children has difference of g
