基于 JIT 采购模式的供应商评价选择研究
摘要
在市场竞争加剧和供应链高度信息化环境下, JIT采购因具有采购时间短、
积压库存少、资金周转效率高等优越性,得到越来越多的企业和学者的关注和研
究。JIT采购的基本思想是:把合适的数量、合适质量的物品、在合适的时间运送
到合适的地点。选择合适的供应商作为JIT采购实施的第一步具有十分重要的战
略作用。如何选择合适的供应商是本文的重中之重。首先,根据大量文献和南车
青岛四方机车车辆股份有限公司(南车青岛四方)实际情况分析出JIT采购的特
点建立了适合企业的供应商评价体系,同时得出在所有的影响因素中产能是重中
之重。其次,通过分析了南车青岛四方的整个采购流程,建立了JIT采购因果关
系图和JIT采购流图,发现随着企业销售量的不断增加,在供应商产能不变的情
形下,单一供应商很难满足企业的采购需求。因此,建议企业在产量扩大时,在
供应商产能不变的前提下最好选择两个以上产能较大的供应商。同时通过对三家
不同产能的供应商进行模拟仿真,得到结论:供应商产能越大,造成积压的订单
越少,反之亦然;供应商产能越大,其评价越高,反之亦然。因此企业在选择供
应商时要将产能作为最重要的考虑因素。

Purchasing Model
Abstract
With the petition and supply chain informatization, JIT(just in time)
purchasing,is applied and studied by more and more enterprises and authors, because
of its shorter purchasing time, less the cost of inventory and higher efficiency. The
basic idea of JIT purchasing: right quantity and quality of items in the right time
supply to the right place. The right suppliers selection as the first step of JIT
purchasing implementation has a very important strategic role. How to select the
suitable suppliers in this paper is the most important. First of all, according to a large
number of documents and actual situation in CSR Qingdao Sifang otive &
Rolling Stock Co., Ltd. (CSR Qingdao), the paper analyses the characteristics of JIT
purchasing, and considers capacity is the top priority to all of the influence factors.
Second, through the analysis of the whole purchasing process in CSR Qingdao, this
paper establishes the JIT purchasing causality diagram and flow chart, finding that as
enterprise sales continue to increase, in case of the same supplier’s capacity, a single
vendor is hard to meet the needs of the enterprises purchase.
