目的:
探讨 658nm 低能量激光照射对人牙周膜细胞生物学活性的影响。
方法:
,体外培养人牙周膜细胞并行 HE 染色,抗波形蛋白、
细胞角蛋白免疫组化染色及矿化特性鉴定细胞来源;
658nm 低能量激光照射人牙周膜细胞,观察不同能量密度激光照射后
不同时间点细胞增殖效应及碱性磷酸酶活性的变化;
ELISA 试剂盒检测激光照射后不同时间点人牙周膜细胞分泌纤维连
接蛋白的变化。
结果:
,细胞抗波形蛋白阳性,抗细胞角蛋白阴性,且具有
矿化特性;
和 能量密度的激光照射人牙周膜细胞,可显著促进细
胞增殖效应。 能量密度的激光照射可提高人牙周膜细胞碱性磷酸酶活
性;
的激光照射人牙周膜细胞 72h 后,细胞中纤维连接
蛋白分泌量增加。

Effect of low-level 658nm laser irradiation on the biological activity
of human periodontal ligament cells
ABSTRACT
Objective:
To investigate the effect of low-level 658nm laser irradiation on the biological
activity of human periodontal ligament cells(hPDLCs).
Methods:
obtained from premolar periodontal ligaments were cultured according
to the method of modified tissue observation was determined
by hematoxylin and eosin stain, the expression of vimentin and cytokeratin and
mineralinzation were used to characterize the cell lineage.
were subcultured on 96-well tissue culture plates and cultured for 24h,
monnolayers were irradiated with an 658nm laser operated at a power output of 11mw
in the continuos wave mode at different energy fluences of ²,².
Untreated cells were used as proliferation and ALP activity of the laser
and control groups were determined different hours after irradiation.
