山东省文化产业博览会项目评估研究

中文摘要

自从改革开放之后,中国会展业发展迅速,近几年来中均 20%的速度迅猛增长,但作为会展操作过程中重要一环的会展评估却没
有得到应有的重视。会展是一项投入比较大的经营活动,主办者投入了相当多的
人力、物力和财力进行筹备工作,每次展览都会有很多宝贵的经验和教训,系统
地评估,如:对成本效益的评估、宣传质量效果的评估、主办单位是否具有预计
的号召力的评估等,将有利于我们发现问题、改进工作和提高效率。
第一部分主要阐述介绍选题的由来、目的、意义和文献研究综述
第二部分详细论述了会展评估的相关理论、评估的原则以及评估指标的设立,
第三部分,介绍了山东省文化产业博览会项目发展的现状,为下面的论述做
一些基础性的铺垫。
第四部分根据问卷调查的结果分析,深入评估山东文博会项目
第五部分和深圳文化产业博览会进行对比,提出山东文博会未来的发展之路。

Study on Evaluation of Shandong Cultural Industry
Fair Project

Abstract
Since the reform and opening up, the convention and exhibition industry
of China witnessed rapid development. In recent years, the number of the
exhibition increased rapidly at an average rate of 20% every year, however,
exhibition assessment—which is the most essential part of all the
operation hasn’t been given enough attention it deserved. Exhibition is
a kind of large investment business activities, anizers have to
throw in quite a lot of manpower, material and financial resources to
prepare for each of them. Every exhibition will have a lot of valuable
experiences and precious lessons, systematic assessment, such as: the
assessment of cost effective, of propaganda quality, of whether the
organizers have the power to appeal and so on, which will help us identify
problems, improve work and raise the efficiency.
The first part is mainly discussed the causes, purposes, implication
and literature review.
The second part is in-depth expounded the relational theory,
principles and the establishment of indicators of exhibition assessment.
The third part introduced the present situation of the Culture
Industry Exhibition of Shandong Province, making basic bedding for the
following discussion.
The fourth part is in-depth assessment of the project in Shandong
Culture Industry Exhibition
