提高校本教研有效性的研究
---以芜湖市田家炳实验中学为例

摘要

校本教研作为教学研究机制系统的一个重要组成部分,它的基本特征是以
“学校为本”,是指中小学教师就自身教学及学校发展过程中出现的问题,通过
自我反思、同伴互助、专业引领等方式并遵循一定的研究程序,旨在促进学生
和教师共同发展的教学研究活动。一方面由于知识更新加快,打破了教师专业
知识终身管用的格局,又因为教师职业特色与社会因素不可能为每一个教师创
造机会均等和频繁集中的外出进修、教研的机会,因而校本教研便成为最经济、
最实惠、最有效的学习方式;另一方面,现代科技的普及与应用,如多媒体、
互联网等手段的应用,已为学校教师自主学习与研究带来可能,这使中小学校
本教研大有可为,校本教研是实施新课改的途径与方法之一。然而,随着校本
教研的不断深入,学校管理者和教师们产生的问题和困惑也逐渐增多,在有些
学校校本教研的效果并不明显,甚至在部分学校还遭到冷遇。实施校本教研后,
教师们在自我反思、同伴互助、专家引领的过程中会产生不少问题,学校的管
理工作也面临新的挑战。本研究遵循历史与逻辑相结合的考察路线,采用文献
法、问卷法、观察法、经验总结法,探讨了校本教研的价值取向、内涵与特征、
结构与要素;深入调查中小学校本教研实践现状,指出有效实施的策略,力图
通过个案实例树立“标杆”,指导中小学校本教研有效实施。

On How to Improve Effectiveness of School-based
Research---With a Case Study of Wuhu Tianjiabing
Experimental Middle School

ABSTRACT
The foundamental trait of school-based research, an important part of the
teaching research mechanism, is based on school. It refers to any teaching research
actitity conducted by primary and middle school teachers to promote mutual
development between teachers and students. Based on problems occured in
teaching activities and school development, it follows certain research procedures
and such patterns as self-reflection, peer coaching, professional guiding, and etc.
On the one hand, the fast renewal of knowledge has broken the situation that
the knowledge of a teacher can be effective for a life long time. What's more, the
characteristics of teaching career and other social factors cannot guarantee every
teacher equal opportunities for frequent and collective outside further education
and research. Therefore, school-based research has served as the most economic
and effective teachers' learning pattern. On the other hand, popularisation and
