【摘要】目的探讨社区医务人员的焦虑抑郁状态及其影响因素,为制定针对性的干预措施提供依据。方法采用自编一般情况调查问卷、焦虑自评量表(SAS)及抑郁自评量表(SDS)对1040名社区医务人员进行测评。%,男性、%、%,差异无统计学意义(χ2=,P =);%,男性、%、%,差异无统计学意义(χ2=,P =)。工作年限越长和生活压力越大是焦虑情绪的危险因素,初婚、与直系亲属关系越好和与朋友关系越好是其保护因素;教育程度越高、生活压力越大是抑郁情绪的危险因素,与非直系亲属关系越好、对家庭义务履行情况越好和公众对自身职业的态度越好是其保护因素。结论社区医务人员的心理健康现状不容乐观,这一特殊群体需要得到心理支持,应有针对性地早期进行心理干预,预防焦虑抑郁情绪的发生。
