LICENSE
AGREEMENT
This
is
a
legal
agreement
between
you,
the
end
user,
and
puter,
Inc.,
which
markets
software
products
under
the
trademark
EAGLE.
puter,
Inc.
shall
be
referred
to
in
this
Agreement
as
CadSoft.
If
you
do
not
agree
to
the
terms
of
this
Agree-
ment,
promptly
return
the
diskette
package
and
panying
items
(including
written
materials
and
containers)
to
the
place
you
obtained
them
for
a
full
refund.
USE
OF
THIS
PRODUCT
CONSTITUTES
YOUR
ACCEPTANCE
OF
THESE
TERMS
AND
CONDITIONS
AND
YOUR
AGREEMENT
TO
ABIDE
BY
THEM.
