摘要

本文首先介绍了建筑第五立面景观设计的起源、发展历程及积极作用。对德日
两国先进的方法和技术,结合中国的一些实际案例,进行综合的分析比较。为武汉
市的屋顶绿化技术的研究与发展提供参考。
通过对武汉市建筑第五立面的景观设计已有成果进行资料整理和调研,对影响
武汉市屋顶绿化的因素做了综合分析,总结武汉市屋顶绿化很具代表性的现存问题。
针对武汉市建筑第五立面的景观的造园特点, 从屋顶绿化的设计层面、技术层
面、和经济层面,提出武汉市屋顶绿化对策之设计要素。设计应根据使用者的素质
和文化品位, 结合使用功能、绿化效益、园林艺术、经济和安全等多方面的要求, 以
安全性为前提, 以生态性为基础, 以艺术性为核心, 以功能性为目的, 以经济性为保
障进行设计。并针对武汉市的实际情况提出具体的屋顶绿化的有效设计途径及手法。
最后,针对武汉市屋顶绿化“瓶颈”,严重限制了武汉市城市第五立面——屋顶
绿化的推广与发展。对武汉市的绿化现状进行大量的调查后,发现城中村绿化改造
与提高武汉市屋顶绿化率、改善城市环境之间的密切关系。并选取江岸区竹叶山村
绿化改造进行屋顶绿化概念设计。

Abstract

At first, the paper introduces the origin, development and the positive action of the
fifth elevation landscape design in the architecture. The paper makes prehensive
analysis, comparing the advanced methods, technologies and experiences of Germany and
Japan with some practical cases of China. The paper sets a good example for the roof
viresence in Wuhan.
Through the conclusion and investigations on the fifth elevation landscape design in
the architecture of Wuhan, this paper summarizes the present representative questions in
Wuhan, and analyses the factors of roof virescence.
According to the fifth landscape characteristics in Wuhan, it puts up with the design
factors form the design, the technology and the economical levels. The design should on
the consideration of the user’s personality, the education background and his requirements.
The faction, the virescence affection, the garden arts, the economy and the securities are
also need to be considered. The design must obey the rules of biologics, taking the art the
purpose and trying to finishing the project at the cheapest cost. The most important one is
to put up with the effective approaches and techniques of the roof virescence in Wuhan
according to its actualities.
