【摘要】目的调查医院门诊用药情况,促进临床合理用药。方法收集2005年11和12月共8个星期一门诊西药处方, 对其临床用药情况进行统计分析。, 使用抗菌药物7314%, 用单—%, %, %,%。结论本院除儿科处方存在些问题外,其他科室用药均较合理。

Abstract: Objective To survey the drugs’ use in clinic in order to make it reasonable. Methods All the clinic Western medicine recipes of the last two months of 2005 were collected and then the drugs’use was analyzed. Results On the average, one recipe cost yuan. Antibiotic drugs accounted for %. Among the antibiotic recipes, the ones containing one kind of antibiotics accounted for %, the ones containing two kinds accounted for %, and the ones containing more than three kinds accounted for %. The recipes of gynaecology and obstetrics accounted for %. Conclusion All the hospital’s departments use drugs reasonably except paediatric department.

卫生部和国家中医药管理局于2004年颁布了《处方管理办法》,我院组织全院医师和药学人员进行了认真学习、讨论。为了调查我院对《处方管理办法》的执行情况,同时考查门诊处方的用药是否合理,作者对本院2005年11月和12月8个星期一门诊处方进行了分析,现报告如下。
1 资料与方法
我院是市属大专科小综合医院,星期一就诊病人较多,病种也较全。我们从医院调出2005年11和12月8个星期一的全部西药处方共4 781份,统计处方的平均用药金额,处方用药品种,抗菌药处方使用情况,妇产科、儿科、内科、外科各占处方总数的百分率。

共4 781份,总药品费用407 ,,大部分处方在50~80元之间。
