【摘要】目的掌握疫情动态,预测疫情发展趋势,为制定布病防治策略提供科学依据。方法采用流行病学、血清学、病原学监测方法,掌握布病疫情现状。结果常规监测血清学检查阳性1099人,%,确诊新发病例985例,隐性感染114例;监测点监测血清学检查阳性615例,%,确诊新发病例527例,隐性感染88例。结论吉林省疫情逐年增加,在12个监测市(县)中,除辽源市区、靖宇县,其他市(县)均有新发病例报告,且疫情主要集中在洮南市、洮北区、长岭县、乾安县。

【Abstract】 Objective To master the epidemic situation trends, to forecast the develop trend and to provide scientific evidence for future preventive and control measures. Methods The incidence of brucellosis was analyzed by epidemiology, serological and pathogenic surveillance methods. Results 1099 cases were positive examined by routine serological surveillance. The positive rate was %. There were 985 new cases with brucellosis and 114 cases with latent infection. 615 cases were positive by serological surveillance at monitoring points. The positive rate was % .There were 527 new cases and 88 cases with latent infection. Conclusion The epidemic situation increased year by year in Jilin province .There were new cases reported in surveillance area except Liaoyuan city and Jingyu county .The epidemic occurrence was mainly in Taonan ,Taobei
