【摘要】观察动态血糖监测结合短期胰岛素泵治疗在糖尿病急、重症期的治疗效果。方法对81例糖尿病患者进行动态血糖监测并结合短期的胰岛素泵治疗,观察患者的血糖值、胰岛素用量、低血糖发生率。结果 81例患者取得理想的效果,短期的胰岛素泵治疗不但使患者血糖得到很好的控制,而且大大降低了费用,减轻了患者的心理负担。结论动态血糖监测配合短期胰岛素泵强化治疗应用于急、重症期的糖尿病患者,疗效确切,经济负担小,为糖尿病患者提供了更加快捷、完善、科学、经济、简便的治疗手段。

[Abstract] Objective To observe the dynamic glucose detection bination of short-term insulin pump therapy in acute diabetes in severe period of 81 patients with dynamic blood glucose detection bination of short-term insulin pump therapy,were observed with blood sugar level and insulin dosage,the incidence of 81 cases of patients had the desired effect,the short-term
treatment not only made insulin pump blood sugar well controlled,but also greatly reduced costs and the patient’s psychological Dynamic detection of glucose with insulin pump short-term intensive treatment for acute and severe period in diabetes,has the exact effect,has reduced the burden on the economy,for patients with diabetes to provide a more efficient,consummate,scientific,economic,simple treatment.

目前多采用静脉抽血和快速指尖末梢血来监测血糖,它们的缺陷是需要反复针刺采血,使患者感到痛苦和繁琐。更重要的是,这些方法只能反映一天中几个点的血糖(即瞬间血糖),存在着一定的片面性和不准确性,瞬间血糖值受运动、饮食、药物、情绪波动等诸多因素的影响,无法反映患者全面的“血糖谱”,也很难发现无症状的高血糖和低血糖。如果能对患者进行无
