【摘要】目的:探讨原癌基因C-erbB-2在乳腺癌组织中的表达及其与肿瘤微血管密度(MVD)之间的关系。方法:采用 S-P免疫组化法检测215例乳腺癌组织中C-erbB-2基因蛋白表达和MVD值。结果:C-erbB-2的表达与肿瘤微血管密度密切相关,而且呈正相关关系(r=,)。结论:C-erbB-2在乳腺癌血管生成中起重要作用,C-erbB-2可作为判断肿瘤生物学行为及预后的指标。

Abstract Objective: To study the expression of Proto-oncogene C-erbB-2 in the tissues of breast cancer and to find out its relationship with microvessel density (MVD). Methods: The S-P immunocytochemical staining was used to determine the expression of C-erbB-2 and MVD, respectively,in 215 cases of breast cancer. Results: There was closely relationships between the expression of C-erbB-2 and MVD in breast cancer. In addition, there was a positive correlation between them (r=,). Conclusion: The overexpression of C-erbB-2 plays crucial roles in angiogenesis in breast carcinoma and the expression of C-erbB-2 can be taken as an index for judging carcinoma biology, its prognosis and, thus, a guidance to clinical treatment as well.

原癌基因C-erbB-2(HER-2/neu)在多种上皮肿瘤,尤其是乳腺癌、卵巢癌、胃癌等多种癌症中扩增及过度表达,与患者预后密切相关[1-2]。实体肿瘤的生长和转移依赖于血管生成,而血管生成依赖于多种相关因子的诱导和调节,肿瘤血管生成是调节血管生成的正、负性因子之间相互作用的结果,作为判断血管生成强度指标之一的微血管密度和血管生成正性调节因子之间呈显著的正相关性。因此,微血管密度(microvessel density ,MVD)值可以反映血管生成强度。本研究采用免疫组化方法对
