【摘要】目的总结118例高血压基底节区脑出血CT定位微创抽吸术的治疗体会。方法 CT定位,YL-1型颅内血肿穿刺针抽吸引流。术后血肿腔内注入尿激酶,并用生理盐水反复冲洗。动态CT复查。结果定位准确率达90%;首次抽吸后血肿量减少1/3~1/2,临床症状好转98例,血肿量变化不大9例,血肿量增加11例。结论 CT定位微创治疗高血压脑出血具有操作简单,效果确切,经济安全,病死率低的优点。

The minimally invasive treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage with CT localization
【Abstract】 Objective To summary the minimally invasive treatment of 118 cases of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage of basis area with CT We punctured suction and drainaged the cerebral hematoma with the type YL-1 of paracentetic need after CT localization, and injected urokinase and clusised with saline in hematoma cavity postoperatively, and monitoring with CT The accurate rate of CT localization was 90%. The volume of hematoma decreased 1/3 to 1/2 after the first puncture. The clinical symptom recovered in 98 cases. The volume of hematoma had no change in 9 cases, and the volume of hematoma increased in 11 The method of minimally invasive treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage with CT localization was safe, economics, efficacious, easy to perform, and low fatality rate.
