作者:李灿,金英顺,陈瑛,梁哲宇[摘要] [目的] 探讨C反应蛋白(CRP)与慢性环孢素A(CsA)肾毒性肾小管间质纤维化的关系. [方法] 给雄性Sprague-Dawley大鼠皮下注射CsA4周,、免疫比浊法以及免疫组织化学染色方法检测对照组及慢性CsA肾毒性组大鼠血清高敏CRP(hs-CRP)、CRP及肾内CRP的水平;采用三色染色方法观察肾小管间质纤维化程度;以直线相关分析法对CRP与肾小管间质纤维化程度间的关系进行分析. [结果] 慢性CsA肾毒性组与对照组血清CRP和hs-CRP的含量水平间无显著性差异,与肾小管间质纤维化程度无相关关系;慢性CsA毒性组大鼠肾内CRP的表达显著高于对照组,与肾小管间质纤维化程度呈正相关(r=). [结论] 慢性CsA肾毒性肾小管间质纤维化与肾内CRP的表达水平密切相关,与血清CRP的含量无关.

ABSTRACT:OBJECTIVE To study the relationship between C-reactive protein(CRP)and tubulointerstitial fibrosis(TIF)in a model of chronic cyclosporine(CsA) Chronic CsA nephrotoxicity was induced in Sprague-Dawley rats by administering CsA CRP,high sensitivity-CRP(hs-CRP),and intrarenal CRP of rats in control group and CsA treatment group were evaluated with particle-enhanced immunoturbidometric method and was measured by Masson trichrome relationship between CRP and TIF was analyzed by the Pearson single-correlation There were no significant differences in CRP and hs-CRP levels between two ,there was no relationship between serum CRP and TIF,intrarenal CRP expression was markedly increased in CsA-treated rat pared with control,and that was correlated with the TIF score(r=).CON
