【摘要】目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定苦碟子中腺苷含量的方法。方法:色谱柱为C18(250 mm× mm,5 μm),流动相为乙腈-水(9∶91),检测波长260 nm, ml/min。结果:~ μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r2=);%,RSD=%(n=5)。结论:本方法简便、准确、重现性好,可用于苦碟子的质量控制。

AbstractObjective:To establish a method for quantitative determination of adenosine in Ixeris by :HPLC was performed on a column of Phenomenex Gemini C18 (250 mm × mm,5 μm),and Acetonitrilewater (9∶91) as a mobilephase was used,detection wavelength at 260 nm and flow rate was ml/:The method had good linear relationship with integral value and the peak area in the rage of ~
μg,the correlation coefficient (r2) was . The average recovery rate was %,RSD was % (n=5).Conclusion:The method is simple,accurate and reappearance. It can be used for quality control of Ixeris.

苦碟子为菊科植物抱茎苦荬菜[Ixeris sonchifolia(Bge.)Hance] 的当年生干燥全草,分布我国的东北、内蒙古等地,具有清热解毒、排脓痛之功效,临床用于治疗冠心病、脑梗塞等疾病,疗效显著。腺苷为苦碟子的主要有效成分,能抑制血小板聚集,明显增加纤维蛋白酶活性,对冠心病、实验性心肌梗死有明显的治疗作用[1]。本文建立了HPLC方法测定苦碟子药材中腺苷含量,方法准确、可靠,可用于苦碟子的质量控制[2]。
