【摘要】目的探讨基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)、组织抑制剂-1(TIMP-1)在原发性干燥综合征(PSS)发病过程中的作用。方法采用免疫组化检测PSS患者唇腺中MMP-9、TIMP-1表达。结果 PSS患者唇腺组织中MMP-9高表达,TIMP-1低表达,而健康对照组唇腺组织中MMP-9低表达,TIMP-1高表达;MMP-9的表达强度随唇腺病理分级升高而增强,TIMP-1 的表达随唇腺病理分级升高而减弱;MMP-9与TIMP-1的表达呈现负相关性。结论 MMP-9、TIMP-1可能参与了PSS的发病过程。

Abstract:Objective To study the relationship between MMP-9,TIMP-1 and their roles in the pathogenesis of Primary Sjgrens’s Immunohistochemical technique was employed to detect the expression of MMP-9 and TIMP-1 in the labial gland The expression of MMP-9 in the labial gland acini in the primary Sjgrens’s Syndrome patients was increased significantly(P<),the expression of TIMP-1 in the labial gland acini in the primary Sjgrens’s Syndrome patients was decreased significantly(P<),The expressioned degrees of MMP-9 was correlated negatively with the the expressioned degree of TIMP-1,and the Pearson’s correlation coefficient was-(P<).Conclusion MMP-9,TIMP-1 might be involved in the pathogenesis of Primary Sjgrens’s Syndrome.
