【摘要】目的:评价Nd∶YAG激光治疗后发性白内障的临床疗效、安全性及治疗要点。方法:对723例770眼明显影响视力的后发性白内障患者用Nd∶YAG激光进行治疗,根据患者的不同情况选择术前处理方式,切开能量以切开囊膜的最小能量开始。结果:%;所有患者术后随访4~12mo,术后视力均明显提高,。并发症有人工晶状体小凹86眼(%),一过性眼压升高7眼(%),玻璃体疝2眼(%)。结论:Nd∶YAG激光后囊膜切开术治疗后发性白内障安全且疗效肯定;掌握治疗时机,针对患者的具体情况选择术前处理方式能提高治疗的效果及安全性。

AbstractAIM: To evaluate the effect of Nd∶YAG laser for after cataract. METHODS: A total of 723 cases 770 eyes of after cataract were treated by Nd∶YAG laser. CONCLUSION: Nd∶YAG laser is a safe and effective method for posterior capsulotomy. Different treatment according to different patients can improve effect and safety.


后发性白内障是白内障囊外摘除及人工晶状体植入术后常见的并发症,是白内障患者手术后视力再次下降的主要原因。成人患者术后随访2~3a,后发性白内障的发生率可达28%~43%[1]。且患者年龄越小,其发生率越高,儿童患者白内障术后几乎100%发生后发性白内障[2]。Nd∶YAG激光晶状体后囊膜切开具有操作简便,安全,有效等特点,是解除其视力障碍的有效方法。我们自200601/200902对723例770眼后发性白内障患者进行Nd∶YAG激光后囊切开术治疗,报告如下。
