【摘要】目的探讨脾虚型哮喘大鼠气道炎症,血液和支气管肺泡灌洗液(BALF)中嗜酸性粒细胞百分比,肺组织核因子-κB抑制蛋白α(IκB α)表达和核因子-κB(NF-κB)活性的变化及补脾益气方药对其的影响。方法将30只雄性Wistar大鼠随机分为3组:正常对照组(A组)、脾虚型哮喘组(B组)、补脾益气方药组(C组),采用HE染色检测肺组织病理变化,采用免疫组织化学方法检测肺组织IκB α表达水平和NF-κB p65的活性变化。结果 B组与A组比较,肺组织IκB α表达显著降低,而NF-κB p65的活性显著增高(P<);C组与B组比较,肺组织IκB α表达显著增高,而NF-κB p65的活性显著降低(P<)。结论补脾益气方药能有效增加脾虚型哮喘大鼠肺组织IκB α的表达,抑制其肺组织NF-κBp65的活性,减轻哮喘时的气道炎症变化,从而对脾虚型哮喘起到治疗作用。

Abstract: Objective To investigate airway inflammation, number of eosinophils in blood and BALF, the expression of inhibitor protein
α(I κB α) and nuclear factor-κB (NF-κB) activity in lung of rat with spleen deficiency asthma, and the effect of herbs of reinforcing spleen to replenishing Qi. Method Thirty rats were randomly divided into three groups:control group (group A), spleen deficiency asthma group (group B), decoction group (group C).
