【摘要】目的探讨survivin蛋白及其mRNA的表达与子痫前期的关系。方法采用免疫组化SP法和实时荧光定量PCR(FQPCR)技术,检测20例轻度子痫前期、25例重度子痫前期和20例正常晚孕妇女胎盘组织中survivin蛋白及其mRNA的表达情况。结果 survivin蛋白主要位于绒毛小叶的合体滋养细胞及细胞滋养细胞,在子痫前期胎盘中的表达较正常晚孕妇女明显降低,且重度子痫前期的表达明显低于轻度;survivin mRNA在子痫前期胎盘中的表达也明显低于正常晚孕,重度明显低于轻度。结论胎盘组织中survivin蛋白及其mRNA的异常表达可能在子痫前期的发生中起着重要的作用。
