【摘要】目的探讨α硫辛酸对染铅大鼠骨代谢的影响。方法将31只SD大鼠随机分为2组,空白对照组8只和铅染毒组(230mg/L的醋酸铅灌胃)23只,40d后各组取3只大鼠测血铅和骨铅,将已染铅大鼠随机分为4组,即铅对照组、3个α硫辛酸治疗组[30、60、100mg/(kg·d)]每组5只。α硫辛酸治疗80d后处死动物,测定血铅、骨铅,骨钙素放免分析法测含量,碱性磷酸酶免疫组化法检测表达。结果①各α硫辛酸治疗组大鼠血铅、骨铅水平均低于铅对照组,差异有统计学意义()。②α硫辛酸100mg治疗组大鼠骨钙素含量、碱性磷酸酶表达与铅对照组比较,差异有统计学意义()。结论α硫辛酸能够减轻铅对骨代谢的毒性作用。

ABSTRACT: Objective To determine the effects of αlipoic acid on bone metabolism in leadpoisoned Totally 31 SD rats were randomly divided into two groups, 8 rats in blank control group and 23 in lead group that received gastric lavage with lead acetate (230mg/L). After 40 days, 3 rats from each group
were taken for the measurement of lead in the blood and bone. The rats in lead group were then randomly divided into four groups: lead control group and three lead groups with different concentrations of αlipoic acid [30, 60 and 100mg/(kg·d)], with 5 rats in each.
